Shipping Delays

AVIVA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS, including weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once an order has been shipped, it is considered final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer support via eMail at info@uforiqdelivery.com or call toll-free (512) 337-3988 and we will work with UPS to resolve the issue. If UPS confirms the package is lost or they are liable for damages, we will take care of the rest and reship your order as soon as possible!
